- Spot clean the foam with mild soap and lukewarm water.
- Air dry flat, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Brush the hook and loop straps regularly to keep them gripping.
- Store flat or hung, never folded sharply on the rigid panel.

Does it really feel like a cast?
Once the five straps are closed, the knee can't bend and the leg stays straight from thigh to ankle. The weight and the stiff walk are what buyers mention first.
Can I walk in it?
Yes, slowly. Use crutches as soon as you stand or walk: the leg is locked straight, so stairs and wet floors take real care. Go slow the first time.
Which size do I need?
Measure the widest part of your thigh. Small: up to 50 cm, brace 60 cm tall. Medium: 50 to 60 cm, 65 cm tall. Large: 60 to 70 cm, 70 cm tall. Between two sizes, take the larger one.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking. USA: 7 to 12 business days. Europe: 8 to 14. Rest of the world: 10 to 20.
Can I put it on alone?
Yes. It takes a few minutes the first time, then much less. Wipe it with a damp cloth between uses and store it flat.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days if it's unworn and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, worn braces can't be returned.
