3. Products & Delivery
CAST-LIFE offers both digital products and physical products, including the LLC Cast Brace (Full Leg Immobilizer).
Digital products: after successful payment, a secure download link is delivered by email and access is provided immediately.
Physical products (including the LLC Cast Brace and other leg brace products): orders are shipped from our warehouse in China within 24 to 72 business hours after the order is placed. Delivery times vary by destination country and generally range from 5 to 15 business days, using carriers such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, and other trusted couriers (non-exhaustive list).
You acknowledge and agree that digital delivery begins immediately after purchase, and that physical products are shipped according to the timelines above.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales are final, for both digital and physical products, including the LLC Cast Brace and any other leg brace product.
By completing a purchase on cast-life.com, you expressly agree to:
Immediate digital delivery where applicable
Waiver of any right to withdrawal or refund once a digital download is available or a physical product has shipped
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued for any product, digital or physical, for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size, or delivery delays.
